When you receive you credit card statement, the statement should provide the name of your credit card provider. 

West Coast has no correlation with the credit card companies. If you have any questions regarding your statement, you must contact your credit card provider. 

It takes approximately two weeks after the gift cards have been proofed to arrive. 

Yes we do. We provide all types of equipment that is used in a point of sale system. Feel free to checkout our equipment page or contact us for any equipment that you need.

Support is the backbone of solutions that arise in a live environment. We have licensed technicians on the line 24/7 to resolve any issues that occur.

All of our systems have the full capability of accepting credit card transactions when the internet is down.
